NVIDIA Cloud Partner is a program run by NVIDIA that certifies GPUaaS providers as being compliant with a set of standards that NVIDIA dictates. It offers some minimum guarantee of architectural compliance and experience on a cloud platform.
Colloquially, I’ve heard it used synonymously with neocloud.
