Each physical server has two GB200 Grace Blackwell Superchips, each with 1 CPU (Grace) and 2 GPUs (Blackwell) with NVLink-C2C for coherence. The node can scale up to 72 GPUs in a single NVLink domain and has InfiniBand for scale-out.
